Why are my steps stuck at 0?

Did you set off on foot from home this morning, and when you check the number of steps you've made once you've arrived at the office, you realise that the counter is stuck at 0? Check that you've downloaded the latest version of the application on your phone and, if you're on Android, that you've downloaded Google Fit - if so, check whether any steps are recorded on this application. Finally, check that you have accepted access to your phone's movements in the application settings. If the problem persists, try restarting your phone.

As a reminder, in order to count your steps, you need to authorise access to your native Health application (Health for iOS, Google fit for android). Please note that only steps can be synchronised with this application, and only this application can track steps taken.
