You left home on foot this morning, and when you check the number of steps you've taken when you get to the office, you realise that the counter is stuck at 0? Check that you've downloaded the latest version of the application to your phone, and check that you've accepted access to your phone's movements in the application settings. If the problem persists, try restarting your phone.
As a reminder, in order to count your steps, you need to authorise access to your native Health application (Health for iOS). Please note that only steps can be synchronised with this application, and only this application can track steps taken.
Please be patient, it may take up to 24 hours for your steps to appear. 😁
