It can happen that the points are not counted immediately at the end of an activity. This is usually due to the network being too weak when you recorded your activity. If, after several attempts to synchronise, the points are still not being allocated to you, try restarting your Squadeasy application.

In addition, to ensure that your activity is taken into account, make sure that your speed is consistent with your activity. Our anti-cheat system analyses each route based on various information such as speed and acceleration.
When an anomaly is detected, your activity may be flagged as ‘suspicious’ by our anti-cheat system. We do this to ensure fair competition and fair play among all participants!
